About Mia
My journey to breathwork began during a time when I was navigating personal challenges and feeling disconnected from my body, my breath, and myself. Like many people, I tried different ways of healing, but it was breathwork that supported me most deeply in finding calm, clarity, and a sense of safety within my nervous system.
Through consistent practice, breathwork became a way for me to slow down, soften, and reconnect. It helped me build awareness, regulate my emotions, and feel more present in my everyday life. What began as a personal healing tool gradually became something I felt called to share with others.
In 2025, I completed my breathwork facilitator training so I could guide others through the same grounding, healing practices that supported me on my own healing journey. Today, I offer breathwork sessions rooted in presence, softness, and nervous system care. Creating spaces where people can pause, breathe, and come home to themselves.

What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a conscious breathing practice that supports the nervous system, emotional regulation, and mind-body connection. By working intentionally with the breath, we can shift out of stress and into states of calm, clarity, and balance.
In a guided breathwork session, you are gently supported into different techniques of breathing , some slow, some fast. These techniques help you tune into your body, and cultivate awareness of your inner experience. Breathwork can help reduce stress, release stored tension/trauma, improve focus, and support emotional wellbeing. Each session is an invitation to listen inward, move at your own pace, and meet yourself with compassion.
No prior experience is needed. Breathwork is accessible, adaptable, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
